Conundrum

co·nun·drum

/kəˈnəndrəm/

noun

  1. a confusing and difficult problem or question
  2. “one of the most difficult conundrums for the experts”

A PDF came across my desk recently, and the sailors that I work with asked me many questions about it… (too many to list here and some of them were full of words I would rather not repeat).

And whether you are a “believer” in having a military (I have been in for 19 years now so I have to be a “believer” even if I don’t always agree) or not…what I am about to show you is startling. And it obviously carries over into the “non-military” aspects of our society.

Thus, we do in fact have a real conundrum on our hands. And this really has nothing to do with the military…it has to do with all of us, and our society as a whole.

Let’s help one another right this ship, as eventually anything listing to one side will indeed topple over.

If you or someone you know is looking to get healthy and fit, then don’t wait another day, thousands of people like me and my colleagues are ready to help.

Blessings to you on your journey and commitment to health!

  1. Hadn’t seen the stats presented this way before. Crazy to think about at the military level.
